Very Relaxing

A little R&R for the two of us and our pup. The house is beautiful, the pool and Lanai very nice, and the small yard and dock on the canal were all perfect. Very clean and all the appliances and utensils needed to enjoy our stay. We'd love to come back!

Very Pleased!

Overall the stay was wonderful. There were only a couple of issues. 1. The main living area was an echo chamber because there was nothing to absorb the sound. Maybe consider curtains or area rugs. 2. There was nothing in the listing that mentioned electricity usage. Beware of that because the listing says there is a heated pool but the heater is electric and it will run for hours to get to desired temp and that will cause you to go over the amount you are allowed to use before you get charged extra. Other than that, our stay was great. Sandra and her son are very very nice.

Hi Peggy, thanks for choosing our rental. Nice meeting you and your family. Sorry the electricity did not show up before, but by the end you had to pay nothing, all was covered by the allowance. Sorry that the rainy weather did not realy invite to swim in the pool this time. Regards Sandra
