The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and an eating area. It’s in a perfect location for classes on campus, concerts, sporting events, or downtown work and restaurants. In 2026, we installed a brand-new shower, new floors and new cabinets. Comfortable year-round with under-window heat and air-conditioning, as well as 2 ceiling fans. Free parking. Seasonal outdoor pool.

Such a convenient location! Close to the interstate (but quiet!), walking distance to UT botanical gardens and Neyland Stadium, Thompson-Boling arena, close to downtown, restaurants, parks, shopping…you name it.
