High above the roof tops of Zell am See, this penthouse boasts one of the most breath-taking views in town. Relaxing on the two spacious roof-top terraces overlooking the Zeller lake and the surrounding mountains is a truly royal experience.

Accommodating up to 10 people, this most luxurious property offers a tasteful interior in modern-alpine style, panoramic windows and facilities of highest standards. Situated in the new Alpin & See Resort directly opposite the lake promenade, it offers a variety of many amenities and activities either on site or within walking distance.

Cable cars, ski slopes and the historic town center are just a few minutes walk away.

The apartment is located on the top floor. There is a lift and then a few stairs following up to the apartment.

The 200m² living space consists of:

- open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and large lounge with a large flatscreen-TV
- spacious rooftop terrace overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains
- rear balcony, overlooking the ski slopes/hiking paths of the Schmitten ski area
- 2 bedrooms with double bed, flatscreen-TV, en-suite Bathroom with shower, twin washbasin and toilet & doors opening onto a balcony
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (combinable to a double bed), flatscreen-TV, doors opening to a balcony with ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, twin washbasin and toilet
- 1 bedroom (separated by a sliding door from one of the double rooms) with a bunk bed for 2 people, opening on to the terrace.
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (combinable to a double bed) and doors opening to a balcony.
- 1 separate toilet with wash basin
- private washing machine and dryer
- 2 carport spaces (max. height = 2,25 m)

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We had such a great time in the unit. The kitchen is ideal for cooking. The living room is great for playing games and spending time together. There is great separation between the bedrooms and the living areas. The washer and drier worked well. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, activities, the grocery store, trails and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped with durable items but there are no consumable items. You do need to bring your own laundry detergent, shampoo and extra toilet paper. I wish that the trash in the common area was written in english as well.

The apartment itself exceeded our expectations: modern, spotless, and extremely well equipped, with great attention to every detail. We stayed in Penthouse 21, which is impressively spacious and beautifully designed. The highlight was without a doubt the breathtaking view — a stunning panoramic scenery over the Alps and the lake in Zell am See, which we could enjoy every day. Waking up to such a view truly felt like a dream. Overall, this was a fabulous experience in every sense.
