Nestled in an alpine style apartment building, resting on a hill above Kaprun, this charming apartment offers everything you need for a truly relaxing escape in one of Austria’s most beautiful areas. It is surrounded by luscious fields and forests perfect for hiking or mountain biking.

The famous Gletscher-Jet lift is only a three minutes drive from the house, the next ski bus stop is just a few minutes walk away and a great selection of Kapruns finest restaurants and bars are awaiting you.

Apartment has all useful items (dishes, appliances, etc), good view. A little bit cramped for 4 people, but very cosy and warm (with warm floors). Ski room is on the ground floor. Very easy check-in/check-out. Parking lots in front of the house.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche, saubere und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit großem Balkon und super Aussicht.Die Küche hat alles was man braucht (Ofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler (Tabs waren auch genügend da), Waschmaschiene, Kaffeemaschiene, Wasserkocher, Töpfe, Pfannen... einfach alles!). Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren und sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
