North Hampton Beach 2 bedroom TOWNHOME at the wall Oceanview 2 Free Parking

This Townhome is located just behind the OC condominiums with a diagonal view of the ocean. Your family will enjoy the locals "tidal" beach which is just across the street. You can enjoy a safe, less crowded beach, yet hop on the Tiki Taxi experience to go to the main beach if you'd like.
I have included a flyer for Tiki Taxi in my welcome binder.
My place receives a detailed cleaning between guests, all linens and comforters will always be fresh and clean.
Recent painting and remodeling and refurbishing has been done to give you the best experience.
Brand new central air has been installed and all rooms will be just the temperature you'd like.
I'm a Superhost on another rental platform. My guests ALL rave about cleanliness and comfort. I'm highly responsive. I actually live in the same 12 unit complex that this rental is in. I love this quiet place and I hope you will too.
Parking for 2 cars, one in the garage. Additional parking can be paid for in the town parking nearby.

Originally from Central Mass, but moved here 2 years ago. We love Hampton Beach and living across from a less populated ocean.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quieter and in my opinion safer and cleaner than the main beach. You can easily walk or take the Tiki Taxi to the main beach if you want to visit there. Then, return to your quiet , comfortable bed in the Townhome.

Our property is managed by us. We do everything, remodeling, cleaning and communicating with guests! We are always available for you if something doesn't work or you need suggestions or guidance!
