Welcome to Young Street, a lovingly fully restored 1900s home tucked into one of Bellingham's most walkable neighborhoods. Wake up to quiet, tree lined streets, then wander just blocks to downtown coffee shops, the waterfront, and the Granary District for one of the best breakfasts in town.
Inside, the home blends old and new. High ceilings and original character meet fresh finishes and comfortable furnishings throughout. The beds are dressed in soft, cozy linens because good sleep is part of a good trip. Two bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area give you room to spread out, and the charming butler's pantry is stocked with everything you need for slow mornings and easy evenings in.
Spend your days exploring downtown restaurants, trails, Western Washington University, and Bellingham's art and food scene. Spend your evenings walking the waterfront or just relaxing on the porch with something local in hand. A designated off street parking space is included, with more parking available nearby, so you can settle in and explore on foot.
Whether you're here for a weekend getaway, a longer Pacific Northwest adventure, or need a comfortable home base while you're in town, Young Street is ready to welcome you.

This is one of my favourite VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The home was lovely (and blessedly air conditioned - a boon during the heat wave we were experiencing at the time). The location is perfect, too. It’s right in the middle so everything is only a few minutes drive or, for most people, maybe even walkable. Despite the prime location, it’s still on a quiet, peaceful street so you can come back from a long day of exploring and know you’ll get plenty of undisturbed sleep. It was perfect for my 4-day solo trip to Bellingham - simple check-in and check-out, and the host was super responsive when I had a hiccup with the WiFi. Definitely made my stay that much better.
