Klare Weiterempfehlung. Buchung und damit zusammenhängender Service sehr gut, Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Alles unkompliziert. Wohnung 5 in der Villa Maria-Gabriela ließ keine Wünsche offen. Hat eher unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Der Empfang des Wohnungsschlüssels und der Gästekarten war problemlos, auch vor der offiziellen Anreisezeit. Der/die MitarbeiterIn waren bei unserer An- und Abreise sehr freundlich. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Das Zentrum, der Strand und der Ubb Bahnhof sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hervorzuheben ist die mit der Gästekarte verbundene kostenlose Zugbenutzung, so dass das Auto für den Besuch der anderen Seebäder auf dem zur Wohnung gehörenden Parkplatz stehen bleiben kann. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten haben wir als sehr bequem empfunden. Im Wohnzimmer sind eine Anzahl elektron. Unterhaltungsgeräte (auch ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer). Die Fenster des Wohnzimmers und des Schlafzimmers sind mit elektr. Außenrollos ausgestattet. Die Terasse ist relativ klein und durch eine höhere Hecke begrenzt, da unmittelbar davor die Parkmöglichkeiten für die Wohnungen sind. Da die Wohnung in nördl. Richtung liegt und durch die Hecke, kommt kaum sonnenlicht auf die Terasse, was wenn die Außentemperaturen hoch sind, sicherlich von Vorteil sein kann. Unser Fazit: " Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlenswert". Da nicht jeder Gast mit dem Fahrrad fährt und einige auch nicht mit dem Auto anreisen, wäre es unserer Meinung nach empfehlenswert, wenn sich die zahlreichen Vermieter im Ort zusammentun würden und sich für eine Ansiedlung einer kleinen Verkaufsstelle für Waren des tägl. Bedarfs (Getränke und Kleinigkeiten), für wenigstens einpaar Stunden, einsetzen würden. Für größere Einkäufe gibt es ja die Verkaufsstellen in Ückeritz und Koserow.
