This was such a great snag! Way less to stay here than a classic hotel, and such a great layout! We spent evening looking over ladybird watching the sunset, walking to local spots, and were conveniently located to the expressway.

Good for small # of people

Very spacious, and nice view of the water. The sofa can only sleep one because the mattress is very thin and moves often. The main bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a murphy bed that can only sleep 1 unless you wanted to get really close. I would only recommend 4 people staying here. To get to the main downtown areas it's a 5 minute Uber & 15 minute walk.

Great Austin Experience (#3011)

I absolutely love staying at Natiivo Austin Paintbrush in this unit (# 3011). It was easy to reserve and check in once we arrived. We immediately noticed the stunning views from the balcony. The location is amazing, a short walk to the bike path around Lady Bird Lake or to Rainy Street. This is a brand new unit, everything seemed perfectly setup for our stay. I remember waking up relaxed in the big, comfortable bed. The floors are beautiful and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool on the top floor is impressive, and the dog walking area was great too. We missed living in Austin, and staying in here made our trip extra special. I highly recommend staying in this unit.

I visited on a business trip, stayed 4 nights. It was wonderful! The only thing that was a pain was I wish I had brought coffee pods for the Nespresso machine as I’m an early riser and had to wait till 7am for the in-house coffee place to open. The convention center is a quick .5 mile walk or you can Lyft. If you like to party “Rainey st” is super close and an easy walk. Next to the river for great morning workouts, and this room, has THE BEST VIEWS in the building!!! The pool, is killer too, and if you like Peleton bikes, they have three. I can’t say enough great things about this building. Random side note… eat at “Loro” killer food!
