Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all beach equipment neatly in the garage and ensure all is accounted for. Ensure the cooler Is empty. Put away pool toys/floats in the deck box. Make sure the propane is off on grill and fire pit
Strip used beds and leave the sheets neatly in each bedroom. leave mattress protectors. Bring all dirty towels to laundry room. Put trash in grey trash bin on the side of the house.
Trash collection is on Thursday. Place grey trash bin by the street Wednesday night. Recycle collection is on Wednesday. Place brown bin by the street on Tuesday nights. Put thermostat at 74.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be staying in a private home, so please treat it with care and respect for the enjoyment of all guests.
A few things to remember: No pets No parties. If you would like to host an event, please let us know in advance so we can approve it.
This is a family community, please respect neighbors. No commercial photography. No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home or on the property.
