I am originally from Shanghai, China. After visiting Japan many times and falling in love with its clean environment, convenient lifestyle, and unique cultural atmosphere, my family and I decided to move to Tokyo two years ago to begin a new chapter of life here.

While learning Japanese and taking care of my children, I also wanted to create something warm and meaningful through hosting guests from around the world. That is why I carefully prepared Beauty House, a newly built private house completed in 2025, hoping every guest can enjoy a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay in Tokyo.

I hope your journey in Japan will not only bring you wonderful travel memories, but also allow you to experience the beauty and cultural differences that make everyday life here so special. I would be very happy if Beauty House could bring a little warmth and comfort to your trip, just like a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

When I first arrived in Japan, I chose to live right here by the Tokyo Skytree, and I instantly fell in love with this area. Over the years, I have traveled to many corners of the world—from China and the US to Egypt, Russia, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand. Yet, out of all the places I’ve been, it was Sumida City that truly captured my heart.

I used to spend countless beautiful moments with my family and friends in the nearby parks. What I cherish most about this neighborhood is how seamlessly it connects you to both the vibrant energy of Sumida and the deep heritage of Taito City, with the subway station just steps away.

While Tokyo is famous for its ultramodern skyscrapers, I am deeply drawn to its traditional heart. The lively local festivals (Matsuri), the exquisite ceramic crafts, and the timeless wooden storefronts always remind me of the beautiful footprints of human civilization. Walking through these historic streets gives me tremendous courage, inspiration, and peace to face life's challenges. I created this guest house to share this magical, fresh sense of wonder with travelers from all over the world. Welcome to my favorite place in Tokyo!
