Thank you for your feedback. While the property benefits from a very convenient location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, some level of neighbourhood noise can naturally be expected in a central and lively area. That said, our house is situated on a quieter inner street, so the property itself is generally more peaceful.
Regarding the temperature, the property does not have air conditioning, as clearly stated in the listing. However, we provide at least three fans at the property, including one for each bedroom. If you were unable to locate them during your stay, we would have appreciated you contacting us so we could assist you right away.
