The Space:

Two Master Bedrooms with King beds and on-suite bathrooms. Large loft areas for sleeping big groups. Hot tub and a game room with a pool table, rock climbing wall, movie room, and arcade.

Private entrance coded door.

Located in a quiet residental neighborhood with large forested lots. Please observe quiet hours to keep the peace with the neighbors.



Getting Around:

Paved maintained roads up to the gravel drive which is plowed. Only 30 min from Anchorage, 20 min. to skiing at Girdwood, access to hiking in Indian Valley or the Shoreline Trail, and 5 miles from Salmon Fishing at Bird Creek!
