Bedrooms outfitted with one king and three queen new Novaform 14” ComfortGrande Advanced Hybrid mattresses that offer superior temperature regulation as well as full body support and comfort. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa that can sleep two and is also the perfect place for a family movie night. The two bathrooms are newly remodeled and feature showers, bright lighting and handy hair dryers. New double paned Pella windows with TDBU shades throughout the house are perfect for privacy, lighting and noise control. Two portable AC units are on hand for the occasional extra warm days, while cozy heating keeps the space warm and inviting when it’s chilly. There is an outside firepit that’s great for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing under the trees with a coffee or tea made in the coffee bar. We have four bikes and two electric scooters available to guests, which will get you to the beaches and downtown in 3-5 minutes. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next outing, this beautiful house offers a phenomenal base for your family trip or group getaway! About the Neighborhood:
The perfect Charlevoix location if you want to be close to several beaches and downtown. You can walk, use the electric scooters or ride bikes to three different beaches, playgrounds and to all the restaurants, bars and shops downtown. It is also an ideal location for active adults or kids. There are pickleball and tennis courts right down the street as well as the Charlevoix Golf Club. Sailing classes are offered at Depot Beach through mid August and the tree lined streets are the perfect place for walks or runs.
