Enjoy your vacation in our modern and spacious apartment with beautiful views and absolute peace and quiet. Underfloor heating, underfloor cooling, air conditioning, and blinds ensure a comfortable climate at all times.

The private and sheltered terrace invites you to relax. A Finnish sauna and a steam room are available for private use (€95 for 2 hours). Walking and hiking trails, as well as cycling paths (Adige Cycle Path), start right outside the apartment.

The 40 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bathroom. It can accommodate up to 3 people. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are also provided.

Families with children are very welcome. A baby cot, a highchair, and a changing mat are available.

Public transport is within walking distance (600m). Private parking is available on the property. This parking area also features a charging station for electric vehicles with a charging capacity of up to 22 kW (€0.65/kWh). You can store your bicycles directly in front of the building or in the locked basement.

We offer a free shuttle service to the airport and train station (Bolzano).
