Le Magnolia Magnifique: a 3-bedroom townhome in historic Riverside

Stay in Jacksonville's quaint historic district in this 3-bedroom townhome centrally located in Riverside within walking distance to St. Vincents hospital and restaurants on King St. The home was fully renovated in 2026, including new eat-in kitchen with Italian cabinetry and stainless appliances, dining room with spacious table, living room with leather couch and TV. A computer desk and chair with monitor and printer is also provided for those that need to connect while away. The townhome is fully furnished, so you'll find the kitchen and bath spaces with everything you need for your stay. The extra large first bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with new soaking tub, cedar lined closet and en suite room that can be used as an office or activity room. A TV is provided in the first bedroom. The spacious second bedroom features a queen bed and room to play. Third bedroom has a queen sized bed and armoire with a view of the quiet front yard. The large spaces make it perfect for a small group or family. Crib available upon request and subject to availability. The second bath is new and has an oversized tub and opens to the common area hallway. Central A/C and heating throughout the home.

Please ensure the back security door is locked (if you unlocked it during your stay) and when you leave simply press the lock button (Kwikset) on the door on your way out.
