Our beautiful holiday complex with a farmhouse is situated in a quiet and sunny location in the Flachau-Reitdorf district, in a prime spot with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and meadows. In addition to the cosy apartments for 2 to 8 people, the Alpin Apart offers numerous holiday perks. In both summer and winter, our resort stands out thanks to its prime location, many popular included amenities, and excellent facilities. In our new indoor panoramic pool, you’ll find rest and relaxation in every season. In summer, the solar-heated swimming pool with its sun deck offers a truly special swimming experience. Your ideal holiday home in Austria, perfect for families with children or for holidays with friends.
In addition to skiing, Flachau has much more to offer. Perfect holiday days in our apartments begin with a view out the window of a dreamlike winter landscape. In winter, enjoy the prime location of our holiday apartments, close to the Ski amadé lifts. The ski bus stops right at the building and takes you to the slopes, ski schools, and rental shops. The entrance to the cross-country trails is right in front of our aparthotel. Numerous winter activities in the fresh, crisp mountain air, right in the heart of the Salzburg Sports World, await you.
On-site costs: Bed linens and towels are provided; all bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers (included in the price). Additional guests: permitted for an extra charge of €15 per person per day. Surcharge for short stays: Rates are valid for weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. For stays of less than one week, we charge a short-stay surcharge of +20% for Types An and C+ in the Poolhaus and +30% for the New Year’s Eve week: +15%. Ample parking available—free of charge!
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
