This single-story lakeside home awaits you in Emmelsbüll-Horsbüll, just 6 km from the nearest North Sea swimming spot (Südwesthörn) and is ideally located for your adventures:
- You can reach Sylt in 20 minutes (4 km to Klanxbüll; from there, take the train to Westerland)
- Discover the islands and Hallig world of North Frisia (ferries to Föhr/Amrum from Dagebüll, to the Halligs from Schlüttsiel)
- Experience the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site barefoot and up close through a variety of interesting, guided mudflat hikes
- The Danish border is only 10 km away. Here, we recommend not only enjoying an authentic Danish pølser, but also taking a trip to Møgeltønder to visit Schackenborg Castle with its impressive castle gardens
- Get to know the Baltic Sea as well: a trip to the beautiful fjord city of Flensburg is always worth it!

" The 70-square-meter holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people.
In the living room, you can relax in front of the TV and enjoy the cosy warmth of the wood-burning stove. From here, you have access to the sunny terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair, offering a view of the lake. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.
Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed measuring 160 x 200 (one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room). The bright shower room also features a washing machine.

Your dogs are warmly welcome in this accommodation. The fenced-in garden gives you and your four-legged friend plenty of space to roam. You’re also welcome to use the property all the way down to the lake; anglers with a fishing licence can try their luck. You can purchase a guest pass at ASV Niebüll.
Due to its deep entry point, the lake isn’t suitable for swimming. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the view across the fields. Parking is available right next to the house.

A starter set of bed linens and towels is required for this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
