Great apartment, nicely furnished, spacious and well kept.Very close to Tedder Ave where there are many restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to beach. Very good communication from host. More than happy to stay again.

The apartment at Ocean Sands was superb. Spotlessly clean, very well appointed and the view up through the Broadwater by day was spectacular and even better at night. The balcony was large enough for the 4 of us to enjoy breakfast and pre-dinner drinks in the evening. All bedrooms were well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed for a great holiday. Both ensuites were immaculate. The nearby shopping strip had a great choice of cafes and boutique retail outlets. The outdoor area with pool and two large el fresco areas perfect for our evening meals on a number of occasions. Our interactions with Rachael (our host) were excellent, including meeting us at the apartment and personally showing us through and giving helpful advice to make our holiday all the more memorable.

We were a family of 6, great size apartment for our size group. Very clean, beautiful view, and close to theme parks, beach, shops, restaurants, everything you could want on holidays. Rachael was lovely, and fast with communication. She met us at the entrance, walked us through the apartment and the building, and made the process very easy and convenient. I highly recommend, and would happily stay here again
