Extremely deceiving rental. Booked this vrbo with intentions of an event/ party. Description clearly states up to 20 people for the event allowed. That is the ONLY reason I would've booked this rental. I didn't even have 20 people during the event and the owner called me threatening to call the cops if we didn't evacuate immediately. Stating "quiet hours" were in effect which is understandable, however the owner never disclosed when quiet hours would be, and never even gave us a chance to instate quiet hours. Pretty clear scam, spend your money elsewhere
