Great house with a lot of space and a very nice pool

Pros: Overall the house ist great. There is a lot of space on the inside and in the garden. Escpecially the big terrace upstairs and the pool are great. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The location and the area are very quiet, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Cons: The location is a bit off, so you will definetly need a car if you want to go anywhere. But If a you have a car it's absolutely no problem .

It was okay

Pros: The house was very nice from the outside. We particularly liked the pool and the terrace. We quickly found our way to the accommodation thanks to the description. Cons: The inside of the house was very dirty. There was a used condom in our bedside table, it was very dusty and the kitchen was not clean. We also had to clean the cutlery again. There were also a few things (e.g. socks) from the previous guests lying around.

Awful experience

Had difficulty finding the Villa late at night No answer from owner Spent 3 hrs on phone to VEBO trying to get resolution with calls cut out during conversations. No call backs from agents. Cost me £193 !! No compensation offered from VRBO (Disgraceful No resolution offered apart from “find somewhere to stay yourself” at 04.00 hrs Spent the night with my wife, daughter and 3 young grandchildren in our 2 rented vehicles. Host finally rang and directed us to the Villa. Whilst there the dishwasher wasn’t working, the kitchen sink would not drain away, no kettle to make tea or coffee. Swimming pool turned green. No umbrellas available despite photograph on website. Only 4 loungers for Villa that can accommodate 10 people. Oven wouldn’t work when we got there. So ……. Awful experience

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We regret to hear your comments and would like to give the feedback from the host. The host did inform you that the check in was by 20.00. The host received the first call from you at 23.30, which regrettably was too late to be received. A few days before your arrival, an email was sent to you with the exact route from the airport to the farm, which also included a photo of the entrance, so there was no confusion possible. We would like to mention that this has worked out well for all our previous guests. We do apologise that you did not find the property on your arrival. Once the host saw your call, the call was immediately returned to you and the issue was promptly solved. Regarding the dishwasher and the sink clog, the host came to repair it immediately. It was unfortunately not possible to repair the dishwasher, and the host had to change it. The clog of the sink was resolved, and was not expected, as the day before your entrance there was no problem, but we understand these things can happen at any time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. There is a kettle available at the property. Regarding the pool, this was checked, and we were not informed that it was green, only that it was somewhat dirty due to 6 days of use after your check in. The host did add an extra filtration cycle of the water and the problem was solved. In regard to the parasols, this was also discussed, the host removes them in case they are not folded, and the wind breaks them. They are replaced with a canvas awning. Additionally, on the pool terrace there is not so much space for so many things, if there are parasols and hammocks for 8 people (not 10, as you say) you could not access the pool with comfort. Considering that the house has a porch of about 60 m2 also seems to be not necessary to put more shaded areas. We would like to point out that in the photos, there are currently no parasols. We had given back financial compensation out of goodwill. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve our services for the future, and hope to welcome you back again soon. Erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Super Restaurants direkt am Meer. Das Haus war sauber und der Gastgeber sehr gut zu erreichen.
