The nearest town is Manacor, a large town in the southeast of Mallorca. There you will find many services, shops and restaurants and a wide range of leisure activities. It is very close to the tourist areas of Porto Cristo or Cala Mendia and the spectacular virgin coves of rock of the south coast of Mallorca. On the other hand, Palma, the capital of the island, is forty minutes by car from the property.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has a hot / cold air conditioning unit in three bedrooms. In the other rooms you will find fans / radiators at your disposal.
