Wonderful location! Just steps to the beach and a very short walk to several restaurants, mini golf, shopping and ice cream shops. The house could have been cleaner and more equipped with kitchen utensils, but overall it was great!

All arrangements were wonderful! Loved the location to all events - the beach, Bridge street, restaurants, waterfront, etc. Also loved the time we were there - Dec. 13-17. Beaches were not crowded, very quiet area.

Location of property is great. Good size deck off back of property. This is an upstairs unit and stairs are a little steep. Main bedroom is good size. The other is small but does the job. The overall size is ok for 2 adults 2 kids for a few nights. Floors felt a bit dirty and we did find several bugs in the unit. One being a roach (not a palmetto). SeveralOf the dishes were dirty, but hand washed them. Bedding was decent, could use some new pillows in both bedrooms. Good view of Gulf from the back deck. Pool is good size, but shared with a few units, but no biggie. The unit itself could use some overall updating but worked for us for a 2 night stay.

This property was rated a "9" on VRBO, but I would not describe it as a 9. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon - the pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The check in process was not easy - a page of typewritten instructions that did not allow us to enter on the first, second, third, or even fourth try. None of the televisions were working. No ice. I called the property manager and she sent someone over to fix the tvs. No ice or ice cube trays which they took care of as well. Mattress on one bed was put on upside down. But the worst was the HVAC system. The unit ran continuously and when it stopped, it was 80 degrees inside the unit. Internet service was metered although no disclosure on that, so we were just kicked off when the meter ran out. Floors were 100% tile and no throw rugs ... thanks, but we will not be back.

We loved the location, it was perfect for the beach and Bridge Street. The building is not new but was cleaned meticulously and there was an abundance of towels. The whole experience was so good we have decided to book again for next year.

Cozy and charming

Walking distance to beach and dining. Lovely deck. Well appointed kitchen. The bathroom shower curtain liner has noticeable mold and mildew stains. Air vents are dusty. Excellent TV and wifi except in the twin bedroom

The location was great. But it was down hill from there. There was sand in the bed to start. We went to change the sheets and there wasn't a spare set so we had to wash them right then. We had a spill and couldn't find anything to clean up with. We called ahead of time and asked about Beach chairs and umbrellas because we were flying in. We were told there was none provided. When we got there we were about to rent a bunch of things for a few hundred dollars. Luckily it turns out the person we spoke to was completely wrong. The kitchen was lacking almost all basic items. Every rental we've ever had always had basic amenities to get you ready for the first couple days, but the apartment was lacking with no coffee filters and we had to to buy large size things for short stays (salt, pepper etc) which seems awfully wasteful. The kitchen lacked almost all basic accessories including measuring cups , grill utensils and any kind of pitchers or mixing bowls. There were 3 blenders .. all were broken. Beach vacation apartment with no blenders or pitchers or anything. But one thing the house had plenty of was cockroaches. HUGE HUGE cockroaches in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. We understand Florida has big bugs but the amount inside the house was unacceptable. We had no place else to stay and not enough time to change plans. Staying on the house was gross .. felt like bugs crawling on you as soon as you put the lights out ..

Beach vacavtion

We had a great time! Thank you. There were a couple of things that could have been better. The porch door did not work properly. You can not lock the door from the outside. I contacted the number given, they said they were coming to fix it and never did. Also the tv remote was very confusing. It took us quite a while to figure it out each time we wanted to watch something. On a better note, the location was amazing! We were able to walk pretty much wherever we wanted. The beach, restaurants, shopping, and to the pier where we took the dolphin and sunset tours. Thank you so much. It was a wonderful trip

In Summe großartig. Sauber, gemütlich, gute Lage. Alles fein. Nicht so gut, war das kaum vorhandene Internet (langsam, ständig on-/offline) und dass der Door Code nicht der Richtige war und ich erst telefonieren musste um einen zu bekommen, der funktioniert.
