Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because of it's peaceful, safe environment, and perfect location. It's only a few minutes from downtown Tempe, that has great food and fun local spots. The area is also very close to ASU which makes it convenient for visiting families and friends who need a comfortable place to stay. On top of that, the home is just 8-15 minutes from the airport, waterparks, museums, the zoo, theme parks, and many outdoor activities. It's a location that truly gives guests easy access to everything.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property unique is the intentional Arizona-inspired design. We styled the home to give guests a true desert vibe while still making it feel comfortable and welcoming.

Also, this home isn't just a place to sleep. We wanted it to be the kind of home where families make good memories - cooking/grilling together, relaxing after a long day, laughing in the backyard, or just enjoying being in a space that feels peaceful.
