This modern, light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 1, facing southwest. The Baltic Sea is right at your doorstep—just 200 metres away lies Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometres. The pier, the park, and the promenade are just a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as great recreational activities, day-trip destinations, and playgrounds for children.
