Alle Fenster haben Außen Rollos und Insektenschutz Gitter. Das ist ein Riesenvorteil in gewissen Jahreszeiten. Außerdem für E-Bikes und sonstige Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Extra-Raum neben dem Haus. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Gute Terassenverhältnisse mit durch Hecken eingefassten Gartenbereich.
