The spacious great room boasts 30-ft vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan suited for large gatherings around the kitchen, dining, and family room.

The lodge is well-equipped with full kitchen amenities and island seating, 48" gas range, convection oven, microwave drawer, pantry, and large mud room with two washer-dryer sets and second fridge all on the main floor. Seek privacy in this 4-level home with theatre room, poker/game table down-stairs, upstairs loft has pool table, air hockey, dual shot basketball, WWE arcade, chess/checkers table. Kids den has a jungle gym and climbing wall. The outside deck includes a large gas grill, and plenty of seating to relax during the summer evenings. The six bedrooms each have flat screen tv’s and come with plush mattresses and bedding.

The Lodge has spectacular views of Lions Head Mountain and Sawtelle Mountain, easy on and off access, plenty of space for trailers and multiple vehicles. You can ATV or snowmobile from the Lodge. Plenty of activities to choose from including ATV rentals, river floats, fishing, hiking, restaurants.

Other things to note
This house can accommodate trailers since it has a pull through driveway. However, be aware that during winter months this area can get a very large amount of snow (1 foot in 24 hours which is exacerbated by drifts due to strong winds) in a short period of time and even though we do our absolute best to plow the roads the crews can be overwhelmed during such times. If you plan to bring a very larger trailer then bring it at your own risk. We do not guarantee we can accommodate such a large trailer during winter storms.

Please note that the location is at an elevation of 7,000 ft, where weather conditions can be unpredictable and snowfall may occur at any time of the year. We recommend arriving well-prepared for changing weather conditions.

Please note that the cabin is located in a natural forested setting and shares its environment with local wildlife. A professional pest control service is used regularly; however, occasional sightings of insects or small animals may occur. These are a normal part of staying in a wooded, rural area and do not qualify for refunds.

Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to review and agree to a separate rental agreement outlining these details to ensure clear expectations for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

The properties are surrounded by meadows which can at times grow to be tall. If you expect Kentucky Bluegrass at all times around the property, we may not be the best choice for you. Thank you so much.

Your hot tub and/or BBQ will be maintained weekly. A person will be at the property to do the maintenance. We cannot modify the scheduled time since we are in a rural area and attend to the hot tubs on a somewhat changing schedule. Please consider this fact as you book.

Please note that our home is located in a rural area, where summers are typically dry and dusty. It is very common to have dust, debris and cobwebs on the decks and outside areas in spite of our efforts. Also, fire pits may not be usable due to fire restrictions.

Also, road and other constructions are passable in neighboring properties, and we cannot control what neighbors or county do on theirs lots and properties.

The outside of the cabin maybe be different from the depicted photos based on the season, sunset and more. This is a high altitude and forested area and the landscape changes immensely from season to season. This is not a city dueling, and as such the meadows and landscaping around the cabin will change throughout the season. We ask you to take note of this before booking.
