The rental was very clean, however there seemed to have been a pretty big mistake with the assignment of the correct unit. My email stated one unit but the host apparently programmed and set us up for a different one resulting in wrong codes. This caused entry problems at 1:30am. Another issue was there were no towels set up in any bathrooms. The towels were a floor downstairs from the master inside the utility closet near the washer and dryer. No hand soap in the master bathroom. Master bed has a fitted sheet and a blanket…no flat sheet which I thought was weird. Considering the cost of one night, we were disappointed with the attention to details. Misty was accessible and communicative, that did help. Lastly, access to the property wasn’t ideal. No gate clicker. You had to exit the vehicle. Access a walk in gate, then enter a gate code on a different pad to allow vehicle access. Then you had to go into the unit to open the garage door. I question how easy that would be if the driver was by him or herself.

Yep, that’s my mistake. Let’s correct that. I also think we can make the review a little more natural and less like a list of complaints:Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again. The location was extremely convenient, the bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop was definitely the highlight. The views of the Dallas skyline were amazing, and communication with the host was good.There are a few things that could be improved. The place was clean and comfortable overall, but it could have used a little more attention to cleaning. The house was stocked pretty minimally, with only a few cups and plates and a handful of towels. There was also no hand soap in the bathrooms, so I would recommend bringing your own basic toiletries. There was no coffee or coffee pot available either.The garage was cluttered with extra items, which meant two vehicles couldn’t fit inside. There was also some confusion with checkout since Vrbo showed noon, while the host’s instructions said 11 AM.Other than those things, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The location and rooftop views made it a great place to stay in Dallas.
