The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Return all outdoor games & chairs to location in garage. Be sure propane to grill is shut off after every use and store grill in garage after cooled. Do not put hot grill in garage.

All A/C units to be turned off at end of stay. Lock all windows & doors at end of stay. Please close windows when rain is forecasted. Place all used bed sheets & bath towels in Basket on Washer

Remove all food from cabinets & refrigerator. Return key to lockbox.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
