This spacious and tasteful stone house welcomes you with plenty of space and large swimming pool and garden.



Escape from your everyday life and come to rest near a forest in the small village of Baldasi. The inviting house is bright and comfortably designed and offers you and your extended family the optimal layout on several levels for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the open floor plan, so you can participate in the action in the living room from the kitchen and have good conversations.

Look forward to the covered terrace, which serves you a great place for barbecuing and socializing in the evenings with good food, games and conversations. You can spend the summer days swimming and sunbathing in and around the pool and watching your children play and romp in the garden.



Discover the Istrian countryside while cycling or hiking. Also visit the surrounding towns on the Adriatic coast. A short drive will take you to the beautiful port city of Porec, a popular summer resort with a historic old town and a famous basilica dating back to the 6th century. For active vacationers, there are numerous water sports at the sea, but there is also a lot to discover inland. But you can also just relax on the pebble beaches and unwind to the sound of the sea!

It was very nice but no one came to welcome us and the previous people had certainly done a party because there were leftovers. 2 rooms with twins beds are little for adults i think.In general we were satisfied.

Tolles Haus mit schöner Aussicht über die Felder und Weinreben. Abends kann man in der Ferne auch das Meer erspähen.Gut geeignet für mehrere Personen.Das Haus und die Terrassen sind auf mehreren Ebenen angelegt.Bei unserem Besuch war die Outdoorküche noch nagelneu. Darum haben wir den Grill auf der oberen Terrasse benutzt.Das Haus liegt umgeben von anderen Ferienhäusern. Bei unserem Besuch war es sehr ruhig in der Umgebung.Die Zimmer sind mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit privaten Bädern ganz oben, dazu zwei Kinderzimmer mit einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Eine Ebene tiefer ist noch ein Schlafzimmer (ohne Klima) und Bad und der Küchenbereich mit einer Terrasse.Wohnbereich ist ganz unten zu finden mit dem Ausgang zum Pool und großer Terrasse.
