A stylish and well-appointed three-bedroom vacation home just steps from the beaches and promenade of Almuñécar, a historic Andalusian town popular with Spanish families in summer and northern Europeans looking for a winter getaway. With mountain views to one side and the Castillo de San Miguel in the distance, the house has a large outdoor terrace and a balcony on the upper floor. Part of a gated community of townhouses with shared palm tree lined pool-lake, paddle tennis court and parking at the door. Also a small children's playground within the grounds.
Situated along the famous Costa Tropical and within an hour's drive of Malaga and Granada, Almuñecar is a unique sun and ski destination (Sierra Nevada) that benefits from tropical summers and a mild winter climate.
