Above Ičići, in the hamlet Jakusi 3.5 km from the centre of Ičići, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: property 600 m2 with lawn 60 m2 wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, terrace (150 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 300 m, shingle beach 3.5 km, public bathing area 3.5 km, concrete beach 3.5 km. Organizing a party is not allowed.
