Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out is pretty simple: 1) Please take all trash to outside garbage can. 2) Put all used towels in bathtub.
3) If you have dirty dishes, please start dishwasher. 4) Please turn hot tub temperature to low and ensure cover is placed over hot tub. 5) Turn A/C or heat to off position.
6) Lock sliding glass doors. Leave extra key on wall key board. Lock front door with key from access box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
