Beautiful, comfortable house "Tripyou", semi-detached, renovated in 2023. In the resort 150 m from the centre of Guardistallo, in a central position, 12 km from the sea. Private: small garden (fenced). Linen change weekly. Towel change weekly. Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery 150 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, café 150 m, bus stop "Guardistallo" 23 m, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 12 km, thermal baths "Calidario" 40 km. Nearby attractions: Bolgheri 15 km, Pisa 60 km, Lucca 80 km, Firenze 120 km. In front of the house there is a church with bells.
