Private: property 820 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped, fenced (9 x 5 m, depth 140 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking. Shop 1.6 km, supermarket 1.6 km, restaurant 900 m, bar, bakery 1.6 km, internet café 900 m, pub garden, 34 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Bus" 100 m, sandy beach "Playa de la Fosa" 2.5 km, swimming bay 1.9 km.
