Une villa avec une vue magnifique sur Calp. La piscine est très agréable. Il faudrait peut-être juste remplacer le mobilier extérieur un peu vieillissant et ajouter un micro onde. Séjour dans l’ensemble très agréable

Tres beau cadre mais confort à ameliorer

Tres beaux exterieurs avec arbres fleuris, figuiers, escaliers en pierre. Grande piscine. Mais surtout vue exceptionnelle dont on ne se lasse pas. Un effort est a fournir concernant le confort en general - a l'interieur de la maison tout dabord: La literie nest pas confortable malheureusement, concernant le lit double a ressort et les 2 lits de lappartement du bas qui laissent le dos douloureux au reveil. il manque egalement la climatisation dans la piece à vivre de lappartement du haut. Il y fait vite tres chaud. Et un micro ondes dans la cuisine (indispensable ) ainsi que dautres poêles pour cuisiner à 6 ( 1 petite n est bien evidemment pas suffisante). - a l exterieur de la maison ensuite concernant la douche qui n'était pas utilisable (.bouchée peut etre ) et très sale. Ainsi qu'un amenagement des terasses sans avoir a bouger les chaises dun endroit a l autre pour pouvoir sy installer. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer tout de même de bonnes vacances Maryvilla..

Attention !

Nous sommes terriblement déçue par cette location qui était sale (vaisselle sale, poêles noires, micro-ondes graisseux, poubelle non vidée, plein de saletés sous le lit, les coins des murs noirs…). La maison est divisée en 2 logements non communiquant (2 lit simple dans le logement du bas et dans celui du haut 1 double et 2 lit de camp simple) donc nous qui avons 3 enfants il aurait fallu enfermer nos enfants à un étage et nous dormir en bas, à savoir que toutes les entrées sont accessible de l’extérieur. La maison n’est pas entretenue, les tringles à rideaux se décrochaient du mur, il y a du gaz seulement pour une cuisinière (je rappelle que ce sont 2 appartement), les ventilateurs étaient plein de poussières, un micro-ondes n’avait pas de prise à proximité, il manquait de matériel extérieur (chaises, tables…) L’agence nous a laissé rentrer 2h plus tôt, la vue est magnifique et la piscine est grande et profonde. Ce sont les seuls points positifs de cette maison. Pour tous les désagréments, il nous on donné un lit de camp supplémentaire, les femmes de ménage sont revenues mais était très désagréable, levaient les yeux au ciel et n’ont pratiquement rien fait de plus, un monsieur très gentil est venu réparer ce qu’il pouvait et il nous a été remboursé seulement les frais de ménage. L’agence a même osé dire que notre chien avait attaqué le monsieur qui nettoyait la piscine, ce qui est faux bien évidemment ! Je ne recommande pas et j’ai les preuves en photos !

Vacance au top

Mes amis et moi nous avons passer un super sejour que se soit a calpe ou a la propriete avec sa vue incroyable. Seul chose qui manque pour etre au top cest la climatisation et du mobilier un peut plus neuf a l exterieur. Merci pour se sejour au top.

Super séjour

Super séjour, nous reviendrons surement louer cette magnifique maison. Le seul point a améliorer est de mettre une clim ou des moustiquaires sur les fenetres. Sinon partait.
