Very modern, comfortable 2-family house "Fischer sien Huus", 2 storeys, built in 2023. 600 m from the centre of Fedderwardersiel, 1.8 km from the centre of Burhave, 8 km from the centre of Tossens, 200 m from the sea. In the house: sauna. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bakery 3 km, bus stop 500 m, grass beach 600 m. Marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Nordsee Lagune Burhave 2 km, Spielscheune Butjadingen 3 km, Fischereihafen Fedderwardersiel 500 m. Please note: suitable for families. It is possible to get North Sea crabs from our own cutter!

Upper floor: large living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin, Sauna. Eine kleine Auszeit

Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort und waren schon bei der Ankunft von dem Haus beeindruckt. So eine herzliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber haben wir noch nie erlebt, das ist einsame Spitze. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Abseits aber nicht weit weg der Touristenhochburgen konnten wir wunderbare Tage genießen. Gerne wieder.

Tolles neues Haus!

Wir haben das Haus mit 2 Familien genutzt, jede Familie hatte 1 Wohnung für sich & die Verbindungstür im Haus ermöglichte den ständigen Kontakt, total super! Das Haus war noch kein halbes Jahr alt und dementsprechend alles neu. Die Wohnungen sind modern eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts! Einziges Manko: in der Wohnung "dree" ist ein großes rundes Fenster im Bad eingebaut, das nur im unteren Teil Sichtschutz bietet. Da vom Nachbarhaus reingeguckt werden kann wäre ein Rollo o.ä. wünschenswert!
