Schwieriger Start in den Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist im Großen und Ganzen völlig in Ordnung, vor scheinbar nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden und sehr sauber.Mit folgenden Problemen hatten wir leider zu kĂ€mpfen: Wir wurden leider nicht informiert, dass generell sonntags - und somit auch an unserem An- und Abreisetag - von 10 bis 18 Uhr die Straße zur Ferienwohnung fĂŒr Autos gesperrt ist (Flohmarkt). Telefonisch konnten wir den Vermieter nicht erreichen und standen mit unserem Problem alleine da.Auch hĂ€tten wir uns einige Infos, wie z.B. eine Info-Mappe, bei Ankunft gewĂŒnscht - hier lag nichts vor - z.B. mit der Information, dass nicht beide SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr die HaustĂŒr geeignet sind oder dass der Wasserkocher sich nicht selbststĂ€ndig abschaltet etc. Wir sind seit ca. 20 Jahren fast jĂ€hrlich in Dangast; bei den meisten Fewos werden Kurtaxe / Kurtickets bereits vom Vermieter organisiert und sind im Preis inbegriffen; dies musste hier eigenstĂ€ndig von uns ĂŒbernommen werden und kam als zusĂ€tzliche Kosten auf den Gesamtpreis (4 Personen / 2 Wochen ca. 150 ).Die Gasheizung unterm Dach in einem 0,5 qm geschlossenen Einbauschrank hat uns (subjektiv) irritiert und hat fĂŒr zusĂ€tzliche WĂ€rme in der obersten Etage gesorgt. Allerdings hat sie nicht fĂŒr konsequent warmes Wasser in der Dusche sorgen können - hier wechselte die Temperatur stĂ€ndig von heiß nach kalt im 30-Sekunden-Takt. FĂŒr mich persönlich fraglich, ob die Fewo, speziell KĂŒche und Bad, fĂŒr 8 Personen ausreichend ist, aber das ist Ansichtssache.

Entspannten Tage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. An der Wohnung ist nur ein Stellplatz fĂŒr ein Auto. Der Abstellraum fĂŒr die FahrrĂ€der war gerade ausreichend fĂŒr 3 FahrrĂ€der.

Schöne FeWo in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der FeWo. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und zum Wattenmeer, Supermarkt und BĂ€cker sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Es steht ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus zur VerfĂŒgung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage in unmittelbarer NÀhe zum Strand

Modernes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in toller Lage. Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Der Strand von Dangast, Schwimmbad und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert.
