About this property

Historic Tea House - Centerville

The Tea House is a completely renovated historic home originally built in 1880 located just steps from Centerville's main square. The Tea House housed a popular local restaurant called "Becky's Tea House" for decades. It is great for family reunions, retreats, or just a relaxing escape. Try making a recipe using a copy of Becky's original cookbook in the spacious kitchen. Enjoy outdoor activities, including fishing on the Duck river, or Hickman County's famous deer and turkey hunting.

The Tea House features a fully remodeled kitchen, a full dining room, a comfy living room with a gas fireplace, and a lovely sun room overlooking the property.  There are two full bathrooms, one downstairs and one up.  Four bedrooms total, including one easily accessible downstairs.  Enjoy this lovingly preserved piece of history, complete with antique furniture, art and fixtures.

Please note that events of any kind (weddings, parties, retreats, etc.) are strictly prohibited with a short-term-rental booking. At all times, guests are limited to the number of overnight guests in the booking. Failure to abide by this will result in immediate termination of the booking and removal of the guests. To inquire about event booking, please see our website.
