Die Lage des Hauses ist gut. Leider ist die Ausstattung miserabel. Das Doppelbett knarrt bei kleinster Bewegung, das Sofa sowie Flauschteppich unhygenisch und total veraltet. Das Haus müsste auf einen neuen modernen Stand gebracht werden.
