Welcome to our comfortable mid-century Boulder home in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to CU, Pearl Street, Chautauqua, 29th Street, bike paths, bus stops, and Sundance-related events.

The home has two bedrooms with king-size beds, one bathroom, a dedicated office setup, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, and a real dining area. It is a great fit for guests who want a calm, well-equipped home base.

This open-concept house has vaulted ceilings, high windows, and a bright, airy feel. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and can comfortably sleep up to four guests. The bathroom has an on-demand water heater for continuous hot water, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home. A coffee and tea bar is available for easy mornings and the New York Times will be delivered daily.
