In the hamlet Bodone 12 km from the centre of Gravedona, 60 km from the centre of Como, 64 km from the centre of Lecco, in an elevated position on a slope, 12 km from the lake, south facing position. Private: property with lawn and trees. Heating to be paid on the spot. 5 km long steep, narrow motor access to 30 m from the house (mountain road). 30 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house at 30 m. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 5.1 km, railway station "Colico" 26 km, pebble beach "Gravedona" 12 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Marina 12 km, golf course (18 hole) 39 km, sailing school 12 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Agriturismo Zertin, Lake Como Adventure Park, Varenna, Bellagio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Livo-Crotto Dangri, Bodone-Alpe Motta, Alpe Paregna.

Very far from Come lake

Despite the comfort of this flat, its situation is isolated in the moutain. It is very difficult to find and access because so far in the mountain with a dangerous and long road. Absolutely not adapted for tourism and visits, visits in typical villages of Come lake are compromised. Owners speak only Italian language. Should not be proposed via interhome platform. I do not recommand.
