This is a good property for a couple or small family. We were visiting family only 1 mile away so this was incredibly convenient. Didn't spend much time in rental except to sleep and have morning tea. Quiet neighborhood with good bathroom and comfortable beds. However, the queen bedframe is squeaky whenever moving around. Didn't use the kitchen except to make tea and store things in refrigerator, but cabinets were nicely labeled and stocked with kitchen items. Bathroom had large fluffy towels. Communication was great with owner. There is a grocery store just 1/2 mile away. Would rent this place again if come back for visit.
