Outdoor Living: Step through the sliding glass doors to your private covered deck. It features a full outdoor dining set—the perfect spot for morning coffee or an al fresco sunset dinner.



The Chef’s Kitchen

Designed for socializing, the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for groups of 8 (and we’ve stocked enough utensils and plates for 12 so you aren't constantly running the dishwasher!).

Coffee Bar: A Keurig station with a starter pack of pods is ready for your arrival.

Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed with bright, coastal decor and ample storage.



The Bunk Room: Designed for the kids, featuring two sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total) and their own TV to keep them entertained.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.
