unkomplizierter , freundlicher vermieter.in der wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt.wir haben uns sehr über den blumenstrauß und die marmeladen auf dem tisch gefreut.sogar auf dem kopfkissen lagen betthupferl.die wohnung kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Vorweihnachtlicher Kurzurlaub

Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben alle Ausflüge mit Bus/Straßenbahn unternommen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gab sogar Begrüssungsgeschenke (Marmeladen) und einen Blumenstrauß. Die Einweisung war schnell und prägnant. Es fehlt an nichts. Es gibt „nur“ einen sehr guten Kaffeevollautomat. Das muss man wissen, weil man Kaffeebohnen braucht. Ein Sonnenschirm für die kleine Terrasse würde etwas Privatsphäre schaffen, als Tipp für die Vermieter. Leider liegt diese schöne Wohnung an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Sonst war alles in bester Ordnung und unkompliziert.

Preis Leistung zur Ausstattung und Lage sind fünf Sterne plus.

Aufgrund der langen Anreise waren wir zwei Stunden vor Schlüsselübergabe schon da. War aber kein Problem und wir konnten die Wohnung eher beziehen. Die Höflichkeit und der nette Empfang fielen sofort positiv auf. Die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit sowie der eigene Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück waren mehr als Top. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und viel schöner als die Bilder es wiedergegeben haben. Da wir uns das Umland sowie auch Dresden anschauen wollten, war die Wohnung zwar etwas Abseits vom Stadtkern aber kein Nachteil. Denn Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nahen Umfeld reichlich. Ein Bäcker, Fußläufig zu erreichen, sowie der öffentliche Personennahverkehr, mit besten Verbindungen und geringen Wartezeiten (einstellige Minuten) runden ein mehr als fünf Sterne bezogenes Gesamtpaket ab. Absolut Empfehlenswert.
