Welcome to a bright and airy 1 bedroom 1 bath in South Bay LA (Wiseburn neighborhood). We are close to the beach (Manhattan Beach is 3.1 miles away), close to SoFi Stadium (3.4 miles) , Intuit Dome (3 miles) , the upcoming WNBA LA Sparks Stadium (1.2 miles) and Kia Forum (3 miles). We are close to public transportation, walking distance to coffee (Starbucks across the street), markets, and restaurants!

This apartment is perfect for the sports and music lovers (we have quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM) given the proximity to major sport and music venues. It is a quiet neighborhood that is also perfect for business travelers and summer travelers (there is a full mattress sofa bed in the living room best suited for kids or young adults).

We had a lovely time in this property! Easy distance to SoFi. which was what we were in town for. Clean, airy and light-filled space. We had everything we needed.

Why they chose this property

We love the walkability of our neighborhood something rare in Los Angeles County. We are only about 3 milesaway from the beach (Manhattan Beach), stadiums (Rams, Clippers), Kia Forum, and just over a mile away from the new LA Sparks WNBA stadium.

What makes this property unique

Bright and airy with ocean breezes flowing on the 2nd floor apartment with an ocean/beach theme and breezes, keeps our 599 square foot unit at a comfortable temperature year round in beautiful Southern California..
