Shop, grocery 100 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, café, internet café 50 m, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Empuriabrava Cruïlla" 3.3 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 16 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 450 m. Sports harbour 1.8 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 m, surf school, sailing school 800 m, tennis 3 km, minigolf 1 km, riding stable 3 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. mobilier très vieux et abîmé (surtout les chaises de la salle à manger). intérieur pas accueillant du tout et déprimant beaucoup de vis-à-vis dans le jardin.
