🌊🏖️ Villa Mirabella | Tuscan Charm + Lagoon Pool | Miramar Beach

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the maintenance concerns with the patio door, curtains, and beds impacted your stay and prevented you from fully enjoying the home and pool. We also want to clarify the unexpected overnight visit. The workers who arrived were hired directly by the property owner, and our management team, nor the owner were made aware that they would be coming to the home while it was occupied. We completely understand how concerning and uncomfortable an unexpected visit at that hour would be and regret that this occurred. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We have addressed the maintenance items and communication surrounding vendor access to help prevent a similar situation for future guests.
