Located in Destin, this lovely condo offers a peaceful retreat for guests. This perfect vacation home-away-from-home is located in the heart of Crystal Beach. Located minutes away from restaurants, shopping and lots of family fun activities, Emerald Dunes offers everything you would expect in a beach front location. With a gorgeous view of the Gulf of America from your private balcony, you can embrace the coastal ambiance while enjoying a beautifully remodeled living space, adorned with an open floor plan. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments inside, this condo creates a welcoming atmosphere. We think our place will help you experience everything Destin has to offer.

In addition to other amenities, the unit also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside amenities for you to enjoy: Emerald Dunes offers a swimming pool (which is heated) and hot tub, as well as community barbeque grills.
Camille's is directly across the street.
Beach chairs and umbrella are available for a fee.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Turn off all lights, televisions, fans, and small appliances

Close and secure sliding glass door

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not leave the patio door or front door open for extended periods of time.

No furniture may be moved. Do not take barstools outside.

Thanks for being considerate! Please watch your noise level and stomping so others in the units next door and below aren’t disturbed.

We first started vacationing in Destin before we were even married, and over the years, this beautiful place became so much more than a vacation destination to us. We fell in love with the beaches, the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful Emerald Coast, and most of all, the feeling we have every time we are here.

We would often talk about how special it would be to someday have a place of our own in Destin—a little piece of paradise where we could make memories with our family and friends.

When the opportunity came along, we knew this was the place we had been dreaming about. We fell in love with this specific area and couldn't imagine choosing anywhere else.

It is incredibly special to us to now be able to share our home with others. We hope you experience the same feeling we have every time we visit—the feeling of slowing down, making memories, enjoying the beach, and simply being together.
