Great accommodation if you're travelling in a large group; excellent comfort, service, and amenities. Just take a good look at the days and plans, and check the accommodation in case support is needed for anything. They will be willing to find a solution, but it will take time.

We enjoyed our stay in Whistler. The house was as described and within walking distance to the village. It worked out great for our guys golf weekend. Outpost was flexible with check-in and helped us out when we left a bag behind by accident. Would stay again.

This house exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and overly accommodating with everything you could need and more. Perfect for large groups or families. Location was great, only 5min drive from the gondolas and Whistler village. Host was quick to respond if you needed anything.

This home was so dreamy and beautiful! It felt secluded and in nature while still being very accessible to Whistler Village. Stunning house, easy communication, safe area, and fit 10 adults perfectly with plenty of space. We also cooked breakfast and a few other meals at the house and it had everything we needed.

Awesome location. Near village and near the walking trails. Great view. Big house perfect for my big family. Too bad griller wasn't working. Nice open kitchen and open spaces where family can interact.

Loved the main kitchen area, hot tub, and the pool table. The walking trails to the village were great! Location on the Whistler golf course is beautiful. Things to improve: house needs to have a good cleaning, bed configuration is not as advertised (ie. Queens are doubles), couches are old and need replacing. Single Chairs with tables in the common room would we nice.

Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review! We're so happy to hear the home was a great fit for your dad's 65th birthday and that everyone was comfortable and well accommodated. The surrounding nature, views, and amenities really make it a special place. We appreciate the feedback about the furniture and cobwebs — we'll make sure those are addressed. So glad you had a wonderful experience, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime!

Chalet was great in terms of location and facilities. Obviously had been well used and needs a refresh! It is well equipped with everything we needed. However when checking in the day before, despite our taking out VRBO’s accidental insurance, the property managers took a holding deposit anyone in the future booking this house need to be aware of this!

Hello Melody, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry for the unpleasant experience you had on the second evening of your stay. You’re right, our guests should always feel free to set the thermostat to whatever is comfortable, and you should not have been questioned about it. We have followed up with our after hours guest services team to ensure this does not happen again. Regarding the temporary water shut-off, we’re glad our team was able to resolve the issue as soon as we received your call. We hope that the 10% refund we processed helped acknowledge the inconvenience you faced. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide the smooth, enjoyable experience you deserve.
