Evenings here unfold at an easy pace - warm drinks, flickering firelight, and the hush of winter beyond the glass.
This townhouse sits within the Painted Cliff complex on Blackcomb Mountain, offering a peaceful, wooded setting with ski-in/ski-out access when conditions allow. When the snow is right, you can glide back toward the property at the end of the day, or take the short walk to Merlin’s Run for access to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. A nearby free shuttle connects you to Whistler Village, making it simple to reach cafés, shops, and après-ski spots without driving.
Inside, the living area is arranged for comfort and conversation, centered around an indoor fireplace and framed by large windows overlooking the forest. A separate TV room provides another cozy place to unwind, whether you’re watching a movie or stretching out after time on the slopes. The kitchen and dining area are designed for shared meals and relaxed evenings, with a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar for two. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare everything from simple breakfasts to hearty dinners after a cold day outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across two bedrooms and a den, accommodating up to eight guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and forest views, with direct access to a shared bathroom. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed and its own TV. The den is set up with two sets of twin bunk beds, well-suited for kids or additional guests. There is a second bathroom on the main level, allowing everyone space to get ready without rushing.
Outdoor living spaces invite quiet moments between adventures. Step onto your private deck to take in the winter air and surrounding trees, or use the BBQ for year-round cooking. Within the complex, guests have access to a shared hot tub - a welcome place to soak tired muscles after skiing or snowboarding.
Additional conveniences include in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in with a smart lock. One secure underground parking spot is provided, with additional parking available on a first-come basis.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

• Free shuttle to the village: walk to Painted Cliff Road and cross the road, the bus stop will be in the Cul De Sac going downhill
Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
